When spinning place your trailing hand in front of your bladder and place your leading hand behind your tailbone. It will look weird but it will make you spin a lot faster.

Hit the gym, get that toned muscle. Be confident, practice speaking with girls at the coffee shop, bar, etc. Develop a few hobbies n get really good at them. That will easily get you from a 5 to a 7, its not all about physical appearances.

It is mostly jsut a mental block, see yourself do it and just sent it. Once you land your first one you will be able to spin it on command, as long as the jump is big enough. You really only need a 20footer
