cbjI lift but I'm not very strong. Current PRs are 320 squat 275 bench 420 dead. So 1015 lbs total.
I like lifting. Its great for stress relief
IsitWinterYet17I do/did but haven't in a while. Biggest problem I've had was calves being too big for boots. Also I'm not posting my 1RM because I'm not in high school anymore and no one cares about that stuff. I find that being all around fit and ripped is way more satisfying than pushing specific max numbers. Why not post your rep weight too as that can be just as/if not more impressive.
Then again maybe that's because I'm weak af right now.
