So I did some searching, didnít really find what I needed, so here I am. Iíve built a little 10 ft pvc rail and put it across the street from my home on a local sledding hill. I purposely put it out of the way so you have to carve to hit the jump right, figuring any sledders will have a hard time hitting it.
However, my dad has got his knickers in a twist and says some kid is gonna fuck up and break something, and weíre going to get sued. The hill is public property (school district land) but the city actual promotes sledding there. Iím not too worried, but it got me thinking. Does anyone know some precedent for this kind of thing or some general guidance?
