BiffbarfI'd go as far to say, most nollies aren't even nollies.
ski companies gotta stop making park skis with flat ass tips, who gives a shit about float when you can't even pop a real nollie without catching and eating shit

I wish you saw my 155cm Line Honeybadgers. The tips rise like 1cm total. Went to ski and got laughed at cause of them damn skis.

I looked up some program fees for alpine race teams, and they are like $3000, even for U14. Shit if my parents were forking over that kind of money to ski, I'd be a brat in the lift line and the park too.

I'd be pissed at my parents for spending that much money on teaching me how to turn

Imagine paying that much to race lmao that's a double loss 🤡
CharlzHubPark setups need to become more creative and new feature ideas need to be introduced more often
They won't. It's a complex issue most have a hard time coming to terms with.
If you're dedicating acreage to complex and unapproachable setups, you're alienating beginners which are the ones resorts are always aiming to convert to life long addicts. Beginners are families spending money on rentals, lessons, food, hotels, etc..
The fact of the matter is, once a season pass is bought, park people generally don't spend money at a resort.

This can be a double edged sword. My local hill's park crew tires to get way more creative than they are capable of being, and the result is usually a bunch of janky, nearly unuseable features. We're always pining for normal features here at my hill
There's too much animosity between complete strangers in the park, like the initial reaction is to judge a person by their fit/style/ability instead of just vibin and hyping each other up.

I guess you’re right that new creative features can be shit. But why don’t we still have shit like this?

Number of reasons I could give you here but most obvious is because it would take 2 guys on day crew like 20-30 minutes to prep this to photo shoot standards if there was even remotely bad weather, when most places you only get 1-2 hours to open ALL of your parks.
You can have creative setups without them being a huge plaza and also making sure a cat can actually groom around them, but stuff like that is unrealistic unless your park is pretty small or your mountain can have 7+ guys on day crew all the time (doubtful lol)
