Problem with DIN tick mark on bindings

Hey NS, I have a slight dilemma. My marker jesters work just fine OTHER than the fact that the white tick mark that shows what your dins are set at has faded and now there’s just an indentation where the white painted tick used to be. I can still adjust my dins but it’s a bit of a hassle to shine a flashlight at the right angle to see the indentation instead of just having a visible white tick mark to set my dins. How would one go about to fix this problem? Thanks guys

The simplest way of fixing this i could think of would be to remove the transparent plastic/glass piece that covers the din settings and just color in the indentation with a metallic sharpie...

This sounds pretty effective, otherwise see if you could order on the piece where the line wore out from marker. Not sure if this is even possible though.
