I imagine the race companies (Atomic, head, rossi) all still make 215ish cm Downhill skis but you probabaly won't find them very easily

Downhill racing(DH) skis are available from most companies and they are 213-218cm and Atomic has FIS Speed skis that are 238cm for high speed competitions.
