solid.sevenDon't whip it. From what I can tell it sounds like you're popping your hips forward(and thus, doing a gainer). Slow it down. Jump up, then flip. tuck your knees if you're rotating too slow. learning proper form will help but I know skiers don't care for that so, yeah hahaha. Just slow down your set and you should stop popping forward.

ThunderChickenI only know front flips but my advice is to think like your legs are weights and you have to swing them as fast as you can around. Also tuck your knees good and only allow yourself 4 or 5 jumps before you flip. Hope this helps.
