I had my spleen ruptured many years ago. The Dr. I had was amazing he worked out of Adventist hospital in Simi Valley. I had my injury I had been beaten. I hury and felt sick off and on but by the 8th day after my injury I ended up in the hospital with them calling a priest in and saying I only had 15mins. To live. I fooled them so did my Dr. He saved my spleen with pins and I woke up to a scar down the front of me with staples that made me feel like the bride of Frankenstein. The only problems I ever noticed after I healed which seemed like for ever is when some times I drink something real cold it will increase my body temp. I will suddenly feel hot for a short period of time. Other wise I guess I'm very lucky one I lived and two he saved my spleen.
