No offense to the guy who uses them, but they definetly seem geared towards women. Just look at the design and the cow pattern on some models.

yeah i know that the salomon one is geared at women and super newbies so i guess they are ideal for women though not soley for them, if there comfortable someone let us know

The Soft Boot comes in a womens model and a mens. It is suposed to be ideal for park, but too soft for some of the bigger skiers. Big moountain riders rarely use them. Keep an eye out for next years Soft that will be Carbon Fiber. It will probably be a bit stiffer.

Tanner and Raps use them for jibbing all the time, the new model is stiffer than last years, but it is not a freeride boot.

i remember boyd had a pair a few years ago. they seemed ok i guess, but i don't know how anyone could ride the whole mtn without stiffness to lean back on.

i need structure in my boots.

Depends what you are into, I like my boots real stiff for the control it gives you when you are skiing. Comming from a racing background some habits die hard :D

But I can see that soft boots would be good for tricks.
