Shine on those folks! I'm just stoked to ride all the new terrain next season! It's going to be a lot of epic lines. We been waiting a long time for this!
I do my best to stay positive on the Mt. always. Respect to all who are friendly anyway!

Folks, this is huge. It provides lift service to open 635 new skiable acres. A new catch line has been built for a long time, but no way out before this new lift.

Here, check this map out. All the "Low East" will now be lift served with the new lift.

I was making snowmobile tow laps in that new zone about 3 years ago when I was still living in Oregon. They made the decision that they were going to put the lift in way back then, and even had the tower line cut already that previous summer.

Honestly, it seemed a little unnecessary... Not a whole lot more vertical, and the lower elevation would mean the snow would be way heavier... I took it as typical Bachelor just trying to maximize what they could. It's not very steep at all. Also not the best gladed, but I'm sure it will be hyped as some crazy new shit anyway lol.

Just saying - Bachelor already has plenty of much more awesome fun terrain without the new zone :)

Love the fact that you rip and that your stoke level is always high. Glad a new lift is going in as well for Bach.....but I hate videos being posted in ski gabber. Bring the hate...fuck it

Just wait till Powdr realizes it costs "x" more then budget and panics and then realize the permits are not right and then Cummin says Nooo daddy help and then he buys a Yacht and says fuck off we will build this two years later.

U don't know what ur talking about the lift is so u can go far skiers right from up top and get longer runs and not have to traverse back mid mountain.


Terrain looks a little more fun than the other lower lifts.

What do you mean? You'd still have to traverse back over to mid-mountain to take the summit lift?

It's more fun than sunrise or rainbow but its still not going to be anything next level.

It's going to open up an ass wipe of new terrain to have tons of fun. Some areas may not be "steep" but if you know how to ski you don't need steep.
When Summit is open East side laps will be much longer and riding the new chair will have you back to the Summit lift in no time.
I know even on a non powder day I will be rippin' the new catch line.
Darn catch lines are tons of fun on non powder day, but please don't tell anyone about that!
