If I spend an extended period of time on the tramp especially if i get a lot of double bounce, I get pain in the upper back. Sometimes it takes a few weeks to go away and is really annoying. Anyone have any tips on preventing it or curing it?
the same thing happens to me. i really dont tramp any more because of the pain. but i think it is from landing while is a rotating stance. like landing with your back twisted. really sucks and does take a long time to heal.
