I'm about 5'3 100 pounds so I can spin a 360 on almost the smallest jumps but I've been having problems spinning 540s on park jumps. I usually always land 450ish when I hit the knuckle and fall. Does anyone have any tips on how I can spin faster and on axis?

They key = pop. If you're knuckling you're not popping/having enough speed. Popping also helps tons when staying on axis.

So pop with shin pressure. huck it slightly harder than normal, look back up at the landing, and boom ride away and you've stomped it.

Get your 360s on lock and throw them on bigger jumps as you are working on this try riding switch for a day a lot and if you feel comfortable go off a tini jump switch. Just work on riding and landing switch.....once you can 3 on bigger jumps you will find it easy to almost ovet rotate and land a five. Send it and spot and open up after 450 degrees around and spot your landing! You got this!!!

This sounds like a commitment issue, make sure that you are completing your spin by looking back up at the jump rather than down the landing. This should help you keep from stalling out at 450

make sure you dont eat any food because empty stomach will carry you more into the air.

If you’re landing at 450 you’re probably used to stopping at 3 and not continuing to look around and keep the spin going. Keep that head going around. It’s a common habit if you’re used to 3s to fixate on the landing and in turn stop your rotation
