Edge pulling out underfoot

Hey guys I've got a tiny bit of edge pulling out underfoot and was wondering what i should do. I'm heading out to rely tomorrow and was wondering if these would be good to ski on or if it would reck the ski.

I know that this should be in the gear thread but i need answers quickly.

Also forgot to mention that when i try to push it back into place it will not budge.

Fuckin way she goes buddy. Sadly there's not much you can do, push it back in as much as you can and ski till it pops out. If it gets sketchy just rip it out. Happens to 90% of park skis

cut the edge at the top of the bulge and then push it back in. it will probably pull out again though but at least you could ski on it

Heat up the edge, put some 2 part epoxy in there and clamp it shut with a vice for 24-48 hours. If you don't have the tools or epoxy, a shop should do it for like $10.

this doesn't always work, but it's worked for me a few times if you're patient with your work and know your way around tools

they arn't gonna explode your fuckin' foot off. if you wanna ski around on your busted ski with it hooking and grabbing go for it, waste a day and then buy some new skis.

Whenever I bust an edge like that I will swap feet so that it will be my less dominant uphill ski so that I don't place it into the snow as much, usually works fine it'll be a little grabby but its a handful of turns and your used to it. AVOID ROCKS at all costs one base shot can rip that edge out.

saw through the edge with a fine blade hacksaw then do this is your only real option

Cut out the section that's sticking out with a hack saw. Then file the two ends inward, don't bend them, file the actual metal on a slant toward the sidewall, that way they don't catch when you're on edge and you also don't weaken the bonds still holding the good sections in.. Finally just epoxy the edge less section to keep it water tight. The epoxy will probably crack or fall out in time, just re do it when that happens.
