Backflips

Ok, so whenever I go to do a backflip I don't feel 100% confident that I will land it. I don't know what to do to stomp every time. PLEASE HELP!

For me I always pop too early. I always get it around but again like op I don't feel 100% confident But I'm getting there. I just think, pop at the latest time possible without dying, and it seems
to help, and don't lean back, POP

if you can do backflips on little jumps, try taking them to bigger ones, doesn't have to be huge, but more airtime definitely helped me get confident with backflips. Gets you more familiar with where your body is in the air and how to spot the landings
