Hey guys,
I used to be "OK" in the park (not great all, but enjoyed the jumps, 3's etc.), but that was probably around 10 years ago before college. I skied regular trails during that time which i still enjoy (racing background).
Thinking about starting up and exploring the park again this year just with the boarder friends, nothing big but anyone got any mental tips to get over the fear of getting hurt? Or maybe physical things to do to regain confidence and skills which will in turn help the mental part?
I know I'm not old or anything but being old-er and with work, other sport hobbies etc. that fear grows more than it used to in the teens!
I've never been seriously hurt skiing which is probably why I'm more scared of it, ha.
Yeah yeah I should just do it, and not be a wuss heh, hopefully not too much flaming for that.
Thx.
