Pettitor vs Bentchetler

hey gang i was doing some research online and found a comparison that i think would be pretty good. As a resort powder ski which would you choose the new Bentchetler or the Pettitor. Shape wise they are quite similar besides that boat hull tips on the chetler.

Totally different skis. Why are you interested in each one? Where do you ski? How often? What style of skiing do you like?

From feeling them in the store and seeing them they felt pretty similar besides the boat hull tips. It was just a curiosity thing to be honest.

Pettitor is a bit more of a charging ski that still gets playful, while the Chetler is a bit more of a buttery pillow slaying ski that won't charge as hard as the Pettitor. The pettitor also has a longer turning radius.

The Chetler has evolved a bit over the years though and is much more well rounded than it used to be. I haven't skid the 120 Pettitor, but I skied the 95 and 104(?) Shredditor and had a great time on it.

I do think it's pretty funny that both skis went with the wood grain graphics this year.

I think I'm caving and going to pick up a pair of bentchetlers even though it's not my typical kind of ski. As a guy who is 5'8 160 lbs what size would be best 178 or 185? I ski the interior of BC aggressively popping off natural hits but generally lacking in the flip/spin department but wouldn't mind getting a bit more into it.

I don't really have any experience on either, but if I had to choose I'd get the BentChets.
