If they are the right fit for your foot/ankle/leg and are appropriately stiff enough for you, then they will be a good boot for any type of non-race skiing. But, at 6 foot tall I doubt an 80 flex will be suitable for the amount of leverage you will be putting on the boot.

The right flex will allow you to flex your knee to just about the same vertical plane as your toes. There is no standardized flex rating system, so this will vary from manufacturer to manufacturer and boot to boot. That means no one on here can tell you what flex would be ideal for you, except to try them and see if they meet the requirements of the first line of this paragraph.

Regardless about how they fit on your feet since I assume you bought them online...any boot with an 80 flex isn't a serious all moutnain boot. The flex is WAY to soft unless you weight like 90 lbs and will wash out on steeper/more difficult terrain.

Thanks guys. I got them from the Evo outlit where someone helped me and said they fit me right. I told him what kind of skiing I do and he said they would work fine. Did he give me bad advice? Should I return them? My experience with evo is that the staff is usually pretty experienced and knows what they are talking about.

Well at 135lbs your light for your height so I'm guessing you are younger. It's hard for any of use to really coment as we can't evaluate your mobility. If you were fully fitte for them did they give you any type of garentee? If they did you can easily go back and talk to some more staff an perhaps try some stiffer boots a a comparision.

If I were you I would go with FS 90's. It seems like for your weight and height it would be better for all mountain. Also considering your 6 foot and light for that height I can only assume you will grow and gain some weight so in the long run the 90's could be better as well.

Depending on how hard you charge you might have trouble with the flex, however some people prefer soft boots so you could enjoy them. Standards would say you should be around a 90-100+ but that is "standards" so its whatever you're comfortable with...

Ok I think I'm going to keep them and see how I like them. I'm not a very aggressive skier so I think the best thing is just to test them out. Thanks

i love my 80s and i ride pretty much all park but have taken them all over when i went to pc. they were good all around. im 5'11 190 so you should be fine

If they don't fit return em! Evo has a great return policy just pay 7 bucks online print the mailing label and ship em off you'll get a refund back in a few days
