Good season for the northwest?

so i was looking up the predictions for the northwest since everyone knows how bad last season was and they all seem to say its going to be a decent one even the farmers almanac says there will be some mixed conditions but a decent amount of snow anyone hear anything recent about the upcoming season for the northwest?

Ok so we have to take the average speed of the jetstream divided by the average temperature over the pacific ocean so -d(a(du/dx))/dx+(d^2(b*(du^2/dx^2)/dx^2))+co*u+c1*(du/dt)+c2*(du^2/dt^2)=f(x,t) and I can confirm that nobody knows whats going to happen.
