Anyone do this? Sometimes I'll meditate for certain tricks, and I've found it to be very helpful. Like sometimes I'll think deeply about what my first dub on snow would be like. And when I'm done, my heart is racing and I feel dizzy as ever. But I know exactly how it will feel to do the trick.

sorta i guess. when im standing atop a chute or really steep technical run that ive never done i spend a minute or two steadying my breathing and planning out my run

Kinda do this obsessively, just walking through the trick in my head. I also helps to sorta de-sensitive it so it's not as scary when you actually do it.
