In need of an Office Coordinator for our Competitions and Events team this winter. Cadidate will be EXTREMELY organized with skills dealing with other people. Will be in charge of organizing 20+ volunteers at any given event. Will also work with myself (events coordinator) and the Race Coordinator organizing our races (dealing with teams, coaches, parents, volunteers, paperwork). Candidate will probably have considerable schooling after high school or direct relevant experience in the events or ski racing industry. Message me for further details or look at the link below.
Also need 3 or 4 EVENTS STAFF. This staff will be 3+ level experienced skiers (sorry no snowboarders, not able to do the work) who are responsible for setting up, running, and breaking down on hill ski events. Will be mostly races, but we also run the Dumont Cup and all the other free style events, as well as fun events like the chili cook off and parrothead etc. Job has ridiculous perks. Whenever there is a race, we are on the chair at 6-7 so we get first turns on pow days usually. Have an office with locker room located slopeside, free skiing obviously as well as its a super fun department to work in. Bosses are rad as crap.
