MunchAeonsDoes anyone know how playful the Armada TST is? How does it compare to like a K2 shreditor or a Line Candide 2.0?
DominatorJacquesIMO the playfulness of a ski is in the tuning. You can make a race ski playful if you want to.
WattsUhh...no.
DominatorJacquesJust an opinion. I guess it's about what one thinks of as "playful".
WattsI guess so. By "playful" do you mean "ability to hold an edge?" Because that's all a tune will do for you. No matter how much you tune a ski, it won't effect the ski's flex, which is the basis 99.9% of the people in the world use when figuring out how playful a ski is. I've never heard anyone base how playful a ski is off of the sharpness of its edges.
Swandog7Playfulness would be described as how soft and buttery and probably how diverse it can get on the mountain
WattsRight, and these are characteristics that are determined by the flex pattern and camber profile of a ski, not how sharp its edges are.

Swandog7Exactly. I think dominator meant how the ski flexes when you carve em
DominatorJacquesYou too Swandog! Be good!
Swandog7Of course, as long as you keep making real laps vids
