Hello newschoolers,
I am looking to buy a whole new ski set-up. I've been doing some research and have found some skis that I thought would be good candidates for my new pair. But before I get into that, I thought it'd be a good idea to give some background on myself and what I like to ski.
So to begin, I'm a pretty lanky (tall and skinny) guy. I am about 6'1" and weigh 140 lbs. I like to ski off-trail mostly but some groomers and main trails here and there. I think that I'm a pretty decent skier and the people I go with are very good and they help to challenge me on more intense lines. Also, I'll hit the mini terrain parks and try to hit some rails and little kickers so I would like a ski that can handle that too.
I've done some research and wanted to share my findings so far:
-Armada ARVti
-Nordica NRGY 100
-Rossignol Experience 100
-Volkl Mantra
- Blizzard Bonafide
Let's say money isn't an issue because I want to hear what you guys have to say without the money aspect, to see if spending a little extra cash is worth it.
And if you have any other skis that you think would be better suited, please let me know!
Can't wait for the season!
Thanks y'all
