This. Definitely try grabbing a solid nose in your spins. If you already can then try dub nose. It really throws your rotation off and is challenging to control.
Besides that, try getting creative. I recently tried a cork 7 but in more of an open cork 3 way and less d-spin way.
Also flat 1. I tried it yesterday and basically you throw a flat 3 but then spin the opposite way before you land. I'm only 25-35 degrees off from landing it and it is a fun challenge.
Also bios if you can't already. If so, throw them in different ways. I spent a bit experimenting on it and there's so much that is to be discovered with forward thrown rotations!
