Surface skis

Been riding Surface ever since they released the first watchlifes around 7-8 years ago. Absolutely love them. I can only speak to the watchlifes .... now the Surface All Mtn blanks and their park skis which I have ridden. But they are awesome. Absolutely killer east coast all mountain ski. 90-100mm waste is more than enough as a one ski quiver iv had it in waiste deep pow and they are fine. Yea they aren't pow skis but still decent.

They rail turns like a boss as well since they have full camber.

A lot of people have claimed they have reliability issues but I have yet to have any. I take very good care of my skis...but they have lasted me quite a while and still going strong. Would highly recommend them.

Just recently bought a pair of their pow skis and am super stoked to get out on them this year out west.

Yeah not all surface skis suck but it seems like the durability is iffy. The durability has been getting better tho and surface has made some of the funnest skis I've been on. If you are buying a new model at a good price, id say go for it.

Buy a pair of outsiders

Let me be frank, Surface fucking kicks ass. I bought some demo green life's from them a few years back here on ns. And they threw in brand new bindings for free. Mike I believe was his name was super chill and helpful. I have a pair of green life's which absolutely rip all over the mtn. Rail turns and like to ski fast. Your typical edge damage from rails but that's it. Also bought a pair of old new life's recently. I 100% back the company. Prices aren't nuts and the guys there are super chill
