Protecting your face

I usually ski for about 2 weeks a year. I put on SPF 40 sun cream, wear a neckwarmer up to my nose to protect myself from windchill, and put on moisturiser when I finish skiing, but no matter what I try face dries up and peels.

No big deal, it's only 2 weeks. I recover once I return to my natural habitat.

2016 I'm doing a ski season, for 3 months, skiing every day.

Any tips on how to protect my skin? Any product recommendations? Is there anything else I should be wearing?

Two weeks doesn't seem like anywhere near long enough to adapt to ski conditions especially if you ski at any sort of altitude. The good news is you already have a plan to get in more time on skis.

UA (Under Armour) has this thermo-balaclava which is awesome i'd recommend that.

Phunkshun wear has spf built into thier balaclavas to protect your face. I wore it at Woodward this week without sunscreen on and didn't burn at all. Check it out, it may help a little bit
