Woah, this is pretty unexpected. I'm not really sure what to say haha but I'm stoked!
Hi friends! I'm Mingg and I've been on Newschoolers for a little over a year now! When I joined I mostly just posted in the forums and whatnot but recently I have been trying to use this site differently. This month I started a series called Schuss n' Ladders which will be a bunch of articles about what we're doing at Schussmeisters to show other areas of the industry that people don't see everyday. Sort of a "behind the scenes" kind of thing! I posted my first article and it got a lot of sick feedback so I'm really stoked on that and I hope I can do more with it!
I've met a bunch of awesome people on here and in just one season I've had the chance to ride with so many new people from all over the world. Since joining Ns my perspective on skiing is so different and I've grown to appreciate all aspects of skiing. I fuckin love it! I got my job basically because of NS and I'm now working for iF3 too, which I wouldn't have ever thought possible. I credit Newschoolers and the people I've met on here for these opportunities, like most definitely. Newschoolers means a ton to me and being the member of the month would just be insane!
Super stoked on everyone who is nominated too! I can honestly say everyone in the running is awesome and deserving of this. You guys seriously kill it and are a big part of what keeps Newschoolers rad. I'm really gonna be stoked on whoever wins this. Ndye and b.gillis killed it with their articles this month. Bmo had a really dope potd. Theagency has been killing it for a while now as well. Good luck to everyone!(:

Anyone who knows me knows I am a real ski bum, who has just been trying to be on snow as much as physically possible. That about defines what I do, I like making edits and writing in my downtime, I got NS insta famous yesterday, so thanks for that bois!

That's not at all what I said in that thread and you know it. I'd appreciate it if people like you would stop twisting around every last thing I say. I wasn't arguing whether it was right or wrong or whether I supported it or not. I argued that some people find different meaning in the flag. I later explained that this was my way of looking at it because that was how it presented to me my entire life. And then I even apologized and withdrew my argument because after reading what people had to say I realized the way I was taught was wrong and that I was wrong. So sorry if you think I support the flag. I don't at all. But thanks!(:

Dont worry about that or posts like that against you, people get super aggressive on here often hiding behind the internet to attack others. I will admit I wasn't a fan of some of the things you said in NSG, but that happens, we all have different opinions. You are of the rare breed that can be persuaded by logic and facts so kudos to that.
You wrote some good articles and obviously have been slaying the internet. Cheers and an early congrats!
