XtRemE11I hate how going to the gym has become like a sport to some people. maybe its just the gym that i go to, but people take it so damn serious and give other guys shit for doing something wrong, bad form, doing this exercise vs that, etc.. its like they're so proud of how good they can gym. i dont get it.
anyway, it was when i stopped going to the gym and focused on outdoor activities that i saw the biggest improvement in my fitness. running, cycling, climbing, swimming etc..
Well if someone isn't performing a lift correctly, I hope to god that someone corrects them and shows them how to do it the right way. Why the fuck wouldn't you want someone to do that?
