Where will you be skiing? For out west, Id compare the kartel 106 with the 2.0. The Kartels are stiffer I'm assuming, and just from what I've heard. i have the 106 and love them, and have spent time on the 98s. They're super stable, and pretty stiff in actual flex, but the rocker and small flex they have them make them so damn playful.
Both great skis but if you want something that will handle pow equally well, I'd take a look at the kartel 106's instead. 98 is more of a park specific width these days. The 2.0's may be a little stiffer than you might like.. Also next year's bacons are kind of around what you're looking for.. If I were you, I'd probably go with the Kartels. But there's tons of great options and it's really all personal preference regarding the way you ride. Just my two cents, hope it helps you out.
i demoed 2.0s this year, and while i don't own kartel's , i do own FRs, jeffries and caylors, and i can confidently say i'm happy with my decision. I personally found the 2.0's sort of dead compared to my skis, but that's probably more opinion based as they are relatively similar skis
