At the Salem OR store...I've found a couple of good wines this week during the 20% off sale. Gravity Hills Sherpa Zin for 5.99 is good and will be great with BBQ, bonus for the Sherpa label that pays homage to Tenzing Norgay. Gancia Prosecco 6.99 is another good one I tried this week. I also found good deals on mountain man meat sticks. Annies choc chip bunny grahams for 99 cents. Good stuff to bring up to the hill.

A lot of the stores will have get in the same stuff. If you find something good post what you found and the city then we can check our local store.

Hell yeah! Finally someone who knows what's up. I know gross out wines is it's own forum but I'm shopping there for all kinds of ski provisions not just wine.

anyways they have the best deals on cereal. a lot of value sized cereal for under $3. also they usually have my favorite kinds of wheat thins and cheezits for $.99. Grocery Outlet for life.

I think Gross Out is all over the west. A couple weeks ago I scored boxes of little packs of Cheese Its. So much fun to eat while skiing. Unfortunately they were all out today. Today I got a huge bag of snacks for $11 and my savings were like $17.

Its all processed food, chock full of preservatives and additives to extend its shelf life, that's sold with barely two weeks before the "Best by" date.

Fuck no. Like the radium that used to be in peoples wristwatches, you know its bad for you even if science is still 'undecided'. Use your common sense, cheap prices come at some cost.

I always cop my clif bars at Grocery Outlet. $0.99 Pringles too at the one in Sandy today. Have fun paying 5x at Whole Foods^

Thanks for the info ^. I go thought Sandy a few times a week and I never even thought about there being a grocery outlet there. I drive up on 211 and I haven't been west of there on 26 in forever. Good to know about the Sandy store.

Theres a champion grocery by my house that sells food like 3 days before the best by date. Way better rdeals than grocery outlet

Went to GO on my lunch break today. Found walnut oatmeal Cliff Bars. Annie's chocolate chip granola bars. A 2001 port style wine that got a good review on gross out wines. Some random tea drinks from Germany. V8
and I even found what I went back for
1/2 size bottles of A to Z 2012 pino noir (tried one the other night and this is a good one)

That right there has been my go-to for cheap food. That's enough for a week too. This place can also have crazy deals for energy drinks. Off brands can go as low as .25 each!

I usually go thrift grocery store shopping. Got a half eaten banana complete with peel, cup of coffee with lipstik on brim, and three tiny boxes of rasins for 50 cents!
