How to make custom die cut stickers?

To all of you who make your own custom die cuts,
what machine do you guys use or do you use a website?

If you use a machine, what was the cost?

Just buy clear sticker vinyl and print on that

This is what you can cut vinyl with to make stickers, I know some people who have it and the stickers are pretty baller
