MoosenTry to stay in shape, jump on a trampoline, ride a bike, hike, skate. I always feel like I will get rusty, but every season it comes right back to me instantly. If you dont get a lot of days on the hill, you have to just go balls out way faster and harder. Tell yourself right when you get up to the mountain "fuck it, I am gonna try _____". If that makes any sense?
