Tnf lifty or Seymore pants

Hey so I can get either of these pants for a really good deal and I was either gonna get the Seymore in black or lifty in khaki. Has anyone ridden either of these? I'm 5' 10" and was looking for something loose but not super baggy. Would medium be fine?

I haven't worn either of those, but I'm 5'11/200, and I owned TNF Fargo pants in Large.
The legs were a touch long, but the waist fit right.

I couldn't care less about pants. As long as they are warm they don't matter ( I have never paid more than $40 for ski pants.

Lift cargo will be a more comfortable pant, plus steezier with cargo pockets vs one thigh pocket
