elcornholioThe core has surprisingly little to do with the stiffness of the ski. The strength to weight ratio of fiberglass is stronger than steel, so I'd say the stiffest core would be no core/Solid fiberglass. The flexiest would be a ski layered with rubber and probably a pine core. Hope this helps.
