Keeping old bindings

Was just out at mount snow this weekend with 12 inches of fresh powder. Was hitting the glades all day and destroyed my top sheet and my bindings came off. Turns out my top sheet cracked and the screws came out. In the process of repairing them but already looking at new skis for the end of the season (Volkl Bridge).

Right now I'm riding Armada pipe cleaners 06/07 with Look px12 jib bindings same year.

My question is if I get new skiis is it worth buying new bindings or will I be okay keeping my current ones... has the tech improved that much on bindings?

if the bindings are functionally fine, don't bother getting new ones unless you really want to change models. nothing is going to have changed much in the past few years

Test the old bindings before putting them on your skis. px12's are still legit other than sometimes being a pain to step in at higher din's

Okay that was my biggest question for function... I already like how my setup feels but just wanted to make sure the tech isn't going to become outdated.

But yea they're in great condition just normal wear from the back heel of the boot.

Yea I mess around with my din settings depending on the day and I don't mind the step in... Though I may just be used to them.

I've been demoing a bunch of skiis and they all use Marker bindings... now those I find a pain to step into and find them super stiff.

i wouldnt really recommend volkl bridge.... Delam edge on the day after i started renting them. get core shots easy. not very durable. look into something else
