Haven't confirmed that yet.

How many people are looking to get a hotel?

Last year Killington put us up in one of their hotels which wasn't packed at all was sweet, but no idea what that would cost others.

We're trying to get conformation of where we're staying and push out a link so everyone else who is trying to get a room can book at the same place. That would be super ideal.

nothing in rutland is 10 minutes from the mountain. not trying to be a dick, just don't want some naive NSer booking a room there only to find that it is not, in fact, 10 minutes from the mountain.

mountain inn is pretty rad. right at the end of snowshed parking lot, pretty much next to killington grand, with a free breakfast and an outdoor heated pool. what more do ya need? good times packing waaaaay too many people into one room at that place.

yo. Ive got floor space and a couch. got people coming up already but can hold 1 or 2 more radical humans for sleeping. pm me if you want a spot. i live 2 and a half minutes away from lift service on the access road.

We're staying on resort. Sadly we won't know what place we're in until right close to the event. If you have the budget, book yourself at one of the on-mountain lodges and we'll all be close to each other.

Tentative schedule:

9:30am - Meet at bottom of contest venue. I will spraypaint "Mr.Bishop" across the back shoulders of my jacket. This will make missing me impossible. Contest venue is near the chairs that get us to the park. We'll wait for 10 minutes to collect as many people as possible, and then we'll go shred the park and whatever else we feel like. Text 514.688.0368 if you're lost, that is my cell and I'll locate you if you missed us. No guarantees for late assholes, as when I lap I like to just go.

12:30-1:30pm - Skier Qualifiers. We may decide as a group that we want to watch this portion of the event. Centre bottom, again - congregate at me and look for my jacket. If the group doesn't want to watch, we will be skiing instead of watching. This will be up to the crew we have shredding, and how we're feeling.

1:30pm - End of Day. We do what we feel like. Ski some more, head for some apres, meet at a condo - whatever. We'll take this one on the fly.

4:45pm - Finals start. We'll meet at the bottom centre of the venue (once again I will wear same jacket) and watch as a crew. Try to get as close to one of the fire pits as possible. Bonus points for helping cover the event, and extra bonus points for coming prepared to heavily enjoy the watching experience.

Post-contest - Either go back to rooms to get ready for the party, or go to one room. TBD.

Afterparty - This is a big one. We do not have an official after party sanctioned by the event (yet) so suggestions for where we tell all the skiers to go are officially open. Ideas?

I mean I don't know the party scene at Killy so that's why I want to open it up for suggestions. Ideally though its somewhere that we can get all the competitors, NSers, etc. out to so it'll have to be big. Bar usually makes this easy, though last year we ended up at a keg party at some gigantic house which was super awesome.

Great news. The Utah crew made it safely to Killington last night. Look for John Kutcher, Steve Stepp, LJ Strenio to be joining up with Franchino, Sullivan, Justin DL and a slew of other east cost SagaFam this weekend at Killington.

P.s. If you are are going to be at killington this weekend we've sent out about a dozen scavenger hunt prize packs for the guys to distribute around the mountain. Keep your eyes peeled.
