Pre-Ski Day Chub

This thread is to talk about the pre-ski day chub we all get before skiing. Share stories about your biggest chubber and why you were so stoked to ski.

And Sunday I was super hyped because I was practicing rails all summer and I could never do them last year so I wanted to try them at killi the next day and I got all of them on Saturday. Probably the best first day I could ever have

Then on Monday I was super stoked because I had already got all the rails and I wanted to try a bunch of tricks With rails. And I progressed a ton just in those 2 days

So probably the best way to start a season with much more days to come

When I used to race, my buddy would stay the night on Saturday and we would wax our skis and stay up playing videogames/watching ski movies. I miss those days.

I think the night before opening day feels just like Christmas eve when I was a little kid. Can't contain my excitement, lose all productivity in school, all I can think about is skiing.

Ski videos always give me a chub! I like cant watch them the week before opening day because ill die of impatience.
