1.) Go to a boot fitter, anyone who can see you size you up and can fit you to boots is better than any of us.
2.) You definitely don't need a hardcore binding. Look for something simple with a 12 din setting. I personally love the axial2 120's and you can get them for cheap. For your skiing style and ability they'll be perfect. Also check marker griffons, Sth2 13s or anything around a 12 din range.
