Switching back to skiing, need help with gear

I'm switching back to skiing after snowboarding for a couple of years (which sucked). I'm looking to get some skis that can kill it on the northeast mountains but also be good for getting feet wet and getting experienced in the park. My price range is under $400 for skis and under $250 for bindings. Right now I'm looking at Nordica Badminds and Marker Griffons. Does this sound like a good set up, or is there other skis and bindings I should look at?

If you're looking for a one ski quiver that is good in the park I'd look at skis that are somewhere between 95-105 underfoot. You'll need to give us your weight, height, and ability before we can give good binding recommendations.
