How do I set toe height

That's the toe height screw. Reset it for your boot.

Yeah as boax said I think you have actually messed with the toe height adjustment. You will want to get that set up again in a shop with your boots. As for the screws techs learn the force required. It's not like you can use a torque wrench so you learn to feel an. Listen to the wood to know when is enough.

Did you turn the big silver straight slotted screw that's top center on the binding, or did you turn one of the four screws that go through the baseplate of the binding and into the ski?

Normally I tell people to not mess with their bindings when they want to change their dins. But holy shit if you don't even know which screw to turn/have the resources to find out which one it is. You REALLY shouldn't be messing with your bindings at all

Take your skis back to a shop and have them check your toe height. Don't try to do it yourself, you've already screwed up once.
