Secret room in my house?

I have been living in a house for over a year now at school. I was in my room today and it occured to me that none of the bedrooms in the house are directly connected to each other. I drew it out to give you guys a better idea of what I am talking about:





For some reason, there is empty space upstairs that is not accessible. Also, one of the rooms does not have a closet. I thought this was odd and was wondering if anyone has ever see anything like this before? There also is not an entrance to the attic either...Could there be a dead body? Treasure? Entrance to Atlantis?

Should I try to knock down a wall in one of the closets to see what's in this space?

Probably just polish carpenters in the 30s or something. I've seen some strange houses built in that era, especially craftsman-style homes.


Don't let that stop you from giving up your security deposit to feed your curiosity though ;)
