MinggSAME. I was down so much just from work(Which was much more physically demanding than previous jobs) and light exercise after. Then I quit to go back to school and the gyms were closed so I spent 12 hours sitting on my ass doing school work 6 days a week and stress eating often. Def the heaviest I’ve ever been lol.
Ugh, I'm sorry. Maybe try purging your house of crappy foods so that the only thing you can stress snack on is at least somewhat healthy? Is your school in-person or online? My job is crazy, so I started just walking or climbing stairs or something during big meetings (which are all now on Zoom) when I wouldn't have to talk a bunch. If you're doing online classes, maybe you can, too?
Our gyms are open here (Alaska), but I had two major surgeries in July which prevented me from lifting for two months, and now I have the worst sinus infection of my life... which is ironic considering one of my surgeries was to reconstruct my septum and entire left nasal canal to help PREVENT these damned things. I'm so tired of getting sick.
