Favorite Skiing Temperature

Hey all,
I was skiing the other day and got to thinking... skiers and boarders really moan about the stupidest things. 'It's too hot, It's too cold.. My ankle hurts.'

So I ask you. What is your favorite temperature to ski in? (Farenheight please)

Mine is 27.

i love summer skiing in like 70-80 degree weather so you can wear a tshirt and stuff, love it. i hate skiing when its under 0 cause its soo cold your body like hurts and when you breath your lungs hurt

32 for winta, but if its spring skiing or summer skiing 70 is amazing. Cant beat that. Or 50 with a lot of sun.

hey here when it's 0 it's warm !!! but love to ski round 28 , 30 is best. here on a typical winter day it's -10 to - 15 and can get down to - 35 -40 at times. summer isn't for skiin it for windsurfin and jetskin
but it's never to warm to ski anyway you look at it

the best skiing weather I was ever in, it was like -5 celcius, there was a huge storm going on and me and my dad were like the only people there, there was like 10 cm of fresh powder, the perfect day

27 sounds about right and sunny with fresh snow from the night before. Spring can be really nice too when its over 50 and sunny, means the end is near though.

As long as its sunny, anywhere from minus 10 to plus 5 celcius is good.
Around zero with sunshine is perfect. So the soft is a little bit soft, but not too slushy.

55. i skiied in michigan at the fun days when it was 55. schifffty five degrees. but this year the fun day is in january not febuary so how can there be a slush cup

Last year in January (in Lake Louise) the hill wouldnt open because the temperature wasnt -27C yet, its was around -35C in the morning with a wind chill of about mid -40Cs, ive never ever been so cold before, my face froze and my breath froze me beleclava.

Yea i love it when its ass cold cuz being from a small resort long lift lines and crowded runs suck ass so the colder the better to keep everyone a way so ill say -5 to 0!
