shreddinthegnarrWhat I would do is start from the beginning. Work your way up to it as if you didn't know how to do it before. My guess is you fell or picked up a bad habit so now they're off. So to break the habit/ build confidence just work your way back up. I used to have to do this a lot in gymnastics.
