Anybody else out there? I'm always hungry. The only thing that stops me from eating all the time is $. Me getting full though rare is more like a short hiatus and then I'm back to eating something else.


I wish I was jesus. I'm not really a big fish guy but I just ate all my bread making grilled cheese. Ate 5 which you'd thing would do something for me especially since I haven't left the house for 2 months other than doctors and checking the mail.

I haven't done any exercise but I need to keep eating. I'm starving.

Ive been over-eating a shit ton lately. Luckily, I'm not fat...At least not yet..


Food's just so fucking good though. When I get to that point where all signs are pointing toward "I'm full", I just keep going.

Most guys can all the time and it isn't really a problem. Unless you eat like 3000+ calories or whatever and sit around and do nothing all day you should be fine

I know that feel man. Today I cleared out an Indian buffet and then less than two hours later went out and gorged on Italian food with my family. Just got back from the restaurant and I can already tell I'll be hungry in a couple hours. I'm a shrimp too - 5'10" 140 lbs and very low bf%.

Kinda of. I don't notice the need to eat if I'm doing something.

The worst is places where the food is expensive. Trying to pull off survival.

Maybe I'll start eating expanding foam to fill the void.

I've lost over 20 pounds in the last month. Not because I've been trying. Purely because food is more expensive in the UK and the store is so much further away then it was where I lived in CO.

Tesco and Morrisons? Lidl is cheaper but the closest one is like 40 minutes away...

Are you only saying it is cheap cus you've only lived in England/Europe? I'll just say that USD will get you a lot more food in America than it will here, the exchange rate certainly doesn't help either.

yep, fruits and veggies are great because theyre good for you (fiber, vitamins and minerals) and taste good and fill you up, but have pretty low calorie counts (fruits have a lot of sugar obviously)

don't over do it obviously but i think fat has a lot to do with the "full" feeling also

so what im getting at is the key is to eat a good balanced diet and you won't feel hungry again 2 hours later. having the right proportions of fat carbs protein and micros is good for you period, but also will help you negotiate eating at the right pace. you can still eat a good amount of meat/carbs/fat, especially if youre active, but having them with other stuff like veggies will make it so youre not magically hungry again 2 hours later.

it also involves all kinds of complex shit that i don't understand like blood sugar levels blah blah blah but the long and the short of it is what i said

also don't eat just cause youre bored obviously

also your body gets used to eating certain amounts. so if youre eating a ton regularly, your body will get used to that, and vice versa

I don't eat cause I'm bored. I eat cause I'm hungry and if I'm bored there's nothing to keep. I'd lock the fridge but there's nothing in there anyway.

Also veggies are expensive and I don't have time to plant a garden.

I might eat my hip like the guy from that other thread.

That's the one thing I miss about working in that industry. I could eat non stop all night then stop and make a dinner to eat if there was time or bring home, and find something to bring home if I wanted to.

Only downside was not being able to do anything in the summer. Now I can't really work in a kitchen anyway cause my heads fucked up and I don't do heat too well.

veggies are expensive? where I live, they are the cheapest foods besides like rice. Most fruit is somewhat expensive, but apples and bananas are cheap.

also, judging by how often you post here, you have time to plant a garden. It takes like a couple of hours. I don't have one though because I don't have the space.

It just stopped having nights in the low 30s last month and I'm going to be out of here sometime in the next month. I could plant a garden but errthang will be dead when I get back.

If I end up in a survival situation I'm toast. I'd kill a bunch of animals, scavenge a bunch of wild vegetation and still starve lol.

I really do want to plant a big garden at some point. If I ever settle down somewhere maybe build a little house out of some shipping containers and plant a garden on the roof or something.
