Center mount sizing?

I Have heard a lot about if your skis are the wrong size you cannot butter good. I am 5'11". If I am going to center mount my skis, what size should I get to make my butters easy and long?

There is a surprising lack of information in your post.

Which skis are you looking at?
How much do you weigh?
What level skier are you?
What type of terrain are you going to ski?

Also, it's "you cannot butter well", not "you cannot butter good".

^true. but as an estimate if you are around 6 feet go for something around 180+
