Small/new ski or outerwear companies?

So I'm 15 years old and I want to get sponsored by a new or small company. I'm not very good so I know I can't get any big names. Anybody have any recommendations? (I'm in NY/NJ if that makes a difference)

Apparently volkl is looking for a new rider after Russ is out of for the season looking out for his ACL's. Just give them a call and be like yeah i'm from newschoolers. They'll sponsor you straight up.

Last time I heard, mcdonalds was looking for a new rider since Shaun white had that brutal wrist injury. Snowboarder or skier, they'll take you. In fact you don't even have to do anything, they'll just take you :D

serious answer: try getting sponsored by your local shop. usually they sponsor riders who ride at the hill (all mtn too) and if you are good and have good connections theyll usually hook you up with a deal especially if you are on the freestyle team or freeride team
