"The Profit" on cnbc in its second season. Just got the highest ratings this week for any show ever on cnbc. May not be saying much, but this show is the shit!!
If you have ever thought seriously about being an entrepreneur or wanted to learn about how business works, I really really recommend listening to Marcus Lemonis - "business turnaround king" he is very good at fixing "people, process and product" as he says in every episode. He knows his numbers, margin, spread, whatever you want to call it, he knows how to make money in nearly every industry from wine, cars, candy, beef, etc. And he is excellent at communications, turning business problems around. Sort of like Gordon Ramsey but for retail. I look forward to Tuesdays because of this show. seriously, watch it, or look up Marcus Lemonis.
By the way he's a self made billionaire.
