Cork 7 or Rodeo 5

Im looking to know wether to try a cork 7 or a rodeo 5 first on skis. Some advice and tips would be really helpful.

I haven't landed either on snow but I have gotten pretty close on the airbag. If you can find an airbag near you, do a couple 3s and then start tucking your legs which will start corking it slightly. You won't land upright but it will get you used to corking rotations. Then progress to actually pulling down your shoulder and throwing harder. Depending on which shoulder you lower you will do a cork or a rodeo, I found that rodeos were actually easier. Hopefully next week when I go skiing I will do one on snow!!

i havent tried on snow but cork 7 is the easiest thing on trampoline where i find rodeo 5 much more difficult so when i get to a higher level i will definitely try cork 7 first

Depends on which you feel more comfortable doing. I think the rodeo 540 motion is easier in terms of just setting it and letting it float around while the cork 7 you have to leave the lip slightly forward and land a tad backseat due to the rotation. If you like the feeling of going back over your shoulder go with the rodeo, if you like the corked out spin go with the 7.

flat 5 is definitely easier than cork 7, no doubt about it. this is how, in my personal opinion you should progress into a flat/rodeo 5.

back flip (definitely be comfortable with these before trying almost anything off axis/upside down.)
flat 3 - very very similar to a backflip, just turn your shoulders slightly and flip back on the axis your shoulders are on.
flat 5 - turn your shoulders a little more (id say roughly about 45 degrees and flip back on the axis of your shoulders, similar to a flat 3 but just a little more around it.) it should come around very naturally.

watch videos of people doing tricks you want to do, play in slomo (if possible) and pause in critical spots to see how they are really throwing it. tramps are also beneficial.

This sounds more like rodeo than a flat3/5. Obviously this is an insanely debated topic but you really shouldn't go entirely upside down on a flat 3 or 5.
