Caught an edge on the lip of the big air at Shanty Creek and lost a ski in air while still rotating. I looked down and knew i had to bail out and go down on my side. Inner thigh feels like I've been kicked by a donkey n shit.

felt a sudden urge to try a butter cork 5 on this wedge roller the other day. tried it and felt pretty good. Went for cork 7 but didnt really feel like it was too corked. next run I haul ass straight line it (icey day) flex hard into skis, run out of roller, and next thing I know i am doing a butter underflip that was wayyy too big for the roller. sent it 15 feet out (to gucci plateau) and 5 foot freefall to boilerplate ice. hip felt like it was shattered but somehow not broken. Friend proceeded to stealing my ski and saying "If you dont land it next time im not your friend anymore" then skied away with one of my skis. hardest hit to date so far and I still tried it again so hes still my friend

went skiing Friday and on my 5th time hitting the tube rail I messed up my stance and fell right on my shoulder and dislocated it. got forced into going to the hospital to get it back in. still have no feeling in my shoulder since Friday night

Noticed there were a couple of chips in this corrugated tube, Thought nothing of it, Proceeded to hit said tube, Caught one of the chips and flew about 4 feet super man style and landed with my knee out. Then hit my face on the ground. Not fun.

270 disaster onto the down of a flat down. Landed only on my back ski. Whaaaaafuckinbam, right to my hip. Shit hurt like a donkey dick up the ass.

I straight-lined a wide open bowl...




...At 3:00pm on a crowded day

I also straight-lined the run "Jump" at A Basin(not at 3:00 pm, but in the morning when I was thinking straight). I caught both of my skis under a branch stiicking out from under the snow whilst going very fast, my upper body was thrown forward, the branch broke under pressure, I flipped over the bars twice, but somehow managed to ride out sitting on the tails of my skis. It hurt so bad though, I was short of breath for a while like when you get kicked in the balls or a suprise hit to the gut. Really fucking sore today and my chest was slightly bruised this morning.

Bummer. Probably wont make you feel any better but I broke my thumb on the practice barrel in the kiddie terrain park when leaving for lunch a few weeks back. You have to go through it to where we park. Felt so stupid

Hitting a DFD box and one ski didn't make it up on the box. Tip got caught and belly flipped over the box, skis and legs went everywhere I didn't know what was going on. Lazy take-offs will always fail you.

I have another one from earlier in the season, thought I tore my ACL.
Hit the 30 footer at my local hill a few times and was trying to do simple grabs.
Landed super backseat one of the times and ended up helicoptering out of control down the landing.
Boots didn't release from bindings, right leg rotated in my boot and I couldn't stand or walk. Brother and ski grom helped me up and I limped to my car. Had gnarly as fuck bruising and swelling for 3 weeks, but after that I was shredding again, must not have been too serious.

Attempted disaster on this fairly long box/dancefloor, had too much speed and barely even touched the box at all, , landed sideways and edges cut straight away and hit chest on ground pretty hard.

our hill had the annual big air comp. This is the one time a year they build a jump over 10'. This years happened to be around 50-55'. I straight aired it 3 times. Then I go to spin a 3 tail and all I remember is leaving the lip. I guess I hit my head on impact and knocked myself out. I had no memory for about 2 hours and I have a pretty intense bruise/snow burn on my right temple

Blind 4 off a cannon rail in a tee shirt, only got 3 around, and slammed the hardest I've slammed all season. Luckily it was slush so all I got was a cut on my arm and a crushed morale.

That's why I discourage nosebutters on jumps unless you can get on the noses instead of just sliding it, happened to me last year and pretty much fucked my entire season.

This was a while ago (this season) when i use to snowboard.
Second park lap of the season for me my buddy was telling me how easy this cannon box with a 7 ish foot gap to the landing was. He told me that i could go straight from where we were standing so i did just that, hit the box and before i knew it i was laying flat in the air about 15 feet above the knuckle. I sent it to nearly flat landing on my ass and wrist when i managed to hobble over to the side of the hill i took of my left gloved and noticed my arm was a little out of the ordinary i went into the chalet and asked the young woman if "this looks broken" to her, best reaction ever her face went pale and she goes "uhhhh do you want me to get ski patrol" in the most panicked voice I've ever heard.

This was pretty much a season ender as i have only been out skiing 3 times

First run of the day, I slipped out on a down tube real hard. Usually the rail isn't slick at all. It caught me by surprise, so I went to go inspect it and there was GOAT SEMEN smeared all down the rail!!

i was trying to shred glades in my center mounts and i was hauling ass pretty good until i caught an edge and flipped forward. fractured my wrist. okay that was 5 days ago. today i was working on 2s outa this kinked rail and i landed 90 and fell on the same wrist again. ouch. its swollen and i cant move it. hopefully tomorrow will be better ;)

oh i know that feel, i was trying a nose butter cork 5 off a dropp, caught my edge and ejected, i was stuck upside down landed right on my head smashed my face on the knucle, got a pretty bad concussion and clothes were covered in blood, according to the doctors, going invert is not a great idea which blows so its rails and spins from here on but as long as i can still ski its fine

Hit the 3rd largest jump with mediocre speed. Caught about 20 feet of air before landing flat. That did not tickle.

Oh another one, I launched of this cat track, not realizing my speed. Proceeded to land about 10' past the cat track right on a mogul. I landed it but was so far backseat combined with the impact of said mogul I basically raped myself with my binding. I swear I did something to my tail bone and cut my ass cheek...

Almost did something real bad to my knee yesterday, landed a sw 3 with my weight on one leg and I heard a little pop. it hurt for about five minutes, and after that it felt fine... took it easy for the rest of the day still. i'll post the shot if i can get it from a friend

Hit a slow spot on the second jump in our three jump line, thought I could still make it and landed straight on the knuckle. Knee swollen and sore but nothing major could have been way worse.

Skiing with my buddy at Sunday River this past weekend. I was filming but my friend over-rotated on a backflip and landed on his ass. Would have been fine but he double ejected and one of his skis hit him in the face, resulting in a nice gash, swollen face, and a lot of blood.
