Recently during a local competition, I was in the jump section and landed a 5 backseat and overshot. When I got up, I couldn't put pressure on my left leg without it shaking horribly. I have the 2014 full tilt classics without any pads in the tongue and I have a superfeet footbed.
Are there any tips for recovery? When can I ski again with minimal pain? How can I prevent this from happening again?
